Gold ducat Sign of Zodiac Libra with dedication proof

Are you looking for a gift for someone born under the sign of Libra? The Czech Mint has minted a gold ducat from the 12 Zodiac Signs series, on which we’ll also engrave a personalized inscription.

In addition to the constellation of the same name, the lives of Libras are influenced by other attributes - their ruling planet is Venus, the symbol of love and beauty; their color is indigo; and their characteristic metal is noble copper. Similar to other “non-animal” signs, Libra’s element is air, which elevates humans above animals and symbolizes thought.

The designer of the gold ducat is medalist MgA. Petra Čánská. She dedicated the obverse of the coin to Libra, whose design mirrors the corresponding constellation. The composition is completed by the Czech-Latin inscription VÁHY – LIBRA, the corresponding astrological symbol, and a stylized sun. The reverse side, framed by ornamental decoration, is reserved for engraved text, which can take the form of a personal message, a name, a year, or a quote - the possibilities are endless. The only limitation is the length of the text.

Each gold ducat comes in elegant gift packaging. Our selection also includes a gift medal minted from silver. You can also choose a version without engraved text.
