Chinese investment coins with panda bears.
Since 1983, Central Chinese Mint has minted gold and silver bullion coins denominated in yuans (Yuan Renminbi CNY). The reverse side has traditionally featured the motif of the Temple of Heaven, while various panda motifs have been used on the obverse side – each year a different one. Giant panda bears live in the mountainous parts of Central China and from mid-20th century it has been the national symbol of China. Czech Mint offers gold Chinese bullion coins with 2013 motifs.
